How it works

  • The outbound parcel exiting the packing system is routed in the tunnel where the single garments are read for inspection purposes
  • The system receives the reading information and associates the parcel with the corresponding destination (warehouse or end client)
  • The printing system applies an identification label bearing the process data
  • The parcels are sorted into the varying unloading buffers depending on the destination or the item type
  • Non-conforming parcels, if any, are identified and eventually reassigned

  • Utmost reading accuracy
  • No risk of wrong packing thanks to purpose-built screening systems
  • The guarantee the flow of processed garments is totally under control

Error-free, flexibility and efficiency

The system can be comprised in parts:

  • one or more conveyor belts
  • a fully-screened UHF reading tunnel
  • a printing and labeling system
  • single or multiple sorting stations
  • gravity and power unloading buffers
