How it works
- The outbound parcel exiting the packing system is routed in the tunnel where the single garments are read for inspection purposes
- The system receives the reading information and associates the parcel with the corresponding destination (warehouse or end client)
- The printing system applies an identification label bearing the process data
- The parcels are sorted into the varying unloading buffers depending on the destination or the item type
- Non-conforming parcels, if any, are identified and eventually reassigned
Benefits
- Utmost reading accuracy
- No risk of wrong packing thanks to purpose-built screening systems
- The guarantee the flow of processed garments is totally under control
Error-free, flexibility and efficiency
The system can be comprised in parts:
- one or more conveyor belts
- a fully-screened UHF reading tunnel
- a printing and labeling system
- single or multiple sorting stations
- gravity and power unloading buffers
