Information Notice and Consent for Data Processing pursuant to European Regulation 679/2016
We inform you that the personal data (including sensitive data as described in Article 9) that you provide to us will be processed both with automated and non-automated tools, in compliance with the provisions of EU Regulation 679/2016, including data security measures. The processing is carried out for the purpose of fulfilling our assigned tasks, which primarily involve managing your explicit request to be included in our workforce, providing the requested information, and/or complying with specific legal obligations applicable to the Data Controller. Providing your data is optional, but refusal to do so will prevent us from proceeding with the personnel selection process or fulfilling your specific requests.
Specifically, your data is related to our activity of “Design, production, and marketing of machinery for the logistical management of clothing” and concerns the normal personnel selection process. Unless explicitly and specifically consented to, no mass marketing activities are foreseen.
Data retention (which, in any case and unless specifically consented to, will not exceed three years) is linked to your request to be included in the personnel selection process, legal obligations, or specific processing requirements involving you. You have the right to request data deletion, provided that such a request does not conflict with legal obligations.
Your data will be disclosed to our staff responsible for performing assigned tasks and complying with legal requirements, to control bodies and public security authorities if required, and to any third parties only if their involvement is necessary for fulfilling our assigned duties.
You have the right to obtain from the Data Controller the deletion, restriction, update, portability, or objection to the processing of your personal data, as well as any other rights provided for in Articles 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, and 22 of EU Regulation 679/2016.
The company does not transfer your data abroad, but third parties involved in processing may use this option.

Consent for processing your data for personnel selection purposes, as described in this notice, is not required as per Article 6, paragraph 1, letter b of the GDPR, which deems the processing lawful.
Any special data under Article 9 of the GDPR that you voluntarily provide will be processed based on the assumption that its submission constitutes your free expression of consent.
Optional Consent
Consent for storing my data for historical and statistical purposes is optional and can be given by writing the phrase “I authorize the storage of data for historical and statistical purposes until revoked” in an email to the same address where you submitted your CV.
Upon consent, only personal identification data will be stored and kept inaccessible to unauthorized parties.
At any time, the data subject may request data deletion by revoking this consent.
Failure to provide this consent will not affect the personnel selection process.
